Pattarawadee

Dogwood Room Guide

Pat first joined the Childpeace community in 2015 shortly after completing her training. Driven by a desire to lead her own classroom and apply her expertise, she spent the following years leading toddler environments both in Portland and out of state. During this time, she also launched a global parent-support platform, creating many digital courses for Thai-speaking parents focused on positive discipline and fostering independence with kindness and patience.

Her journey brought her back to Childpeace in early 2024, where she served as the Toddler After School Care Guide before stepping into the role of Lead Guide in the Dogwood Room. Pat earned her Bachelor’s degree from Naresuan University in Thailand and holds an AMI Assistants to Infancy (0–3) diploma from Montessori Northwest. With over 12 years of experience in both infant and toddler communities, she is deeply committed to the Montessori approach and helping children reach their full potential.

Pat recently curated the Dogwood environment with beautiful hand-embroidered textiles and treasures from a trip to Thailand. In her spare time, she is a pickleball enthusiast who loves paddle boarding, watching comedy, and taking her puppy to the park!
