Head of School

Amanda holds an AMI Primary diploma, a B.A. in Communications from St. Edward's University, and an M.Ed. from Loyola University.

Amanda first joined the Childpeace community in 2011, spending twelve years in the classroom and in administration - as a classroom assistant, a clubroom guide, and Early Childhood Program Director. She then spent three years in Boston, MA, serving as Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management, before returning home to Childpeace in 2026 as head of school and a Childpeace parent. 

Amanda's love of Montessori education and school leadership runs deep. She is grateful for the chance to lead the community that shaped so much of her own career.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
